Sarah May Taylor is a Toronto based mixed-media artist who explores representations of the female form and the role of memory with respect to notions of belonging and identity. She uses her work to ask questions about the ways in which personal narratives can serve as a form of resistance. Her practice is an archive she uses to tell stories while investigating human connection. She is a recent graduate of OCAD U’s Sculpture/Installation program.
